A Call To Be Saved

There are two gates. Two paths.

In the first gate, you will find Christ. This gate and path are filled with love. You have the privilege of doing life with your Creator, walking alongside Him. It is through this gate only that you are saved. It's only by the name of Jesus. He lights up your path and in Him, there is no darkness. He's the one that restores hope and has all power.

Jesus is the gate and those who come in through Him will be saved. John 10:9.

The second gate leads to destruction and death. This path is like a sour patch. In the beginning, it may seem sweet, harmless, and pleasurable. However that pleasure is only temporary and those feelings fade when they do, all things are back to reality. Life may be confusing, and you may feel lost, and searching for the next void filler. Nothing will ever satisfy your cravings. Only Jesus can. The enemy has tricked many to believe that you can do all things with your strength, your wisdom, and your own experience.

He is lying to you. It's all a lie. Apart from Christ, we can't do anything and God knew this. He had a perfect plan for us, and He sent His Son Jesus to live and die for us. Jesus sacrifice has allowed us to have complete access to the Father. But, we have a choice to make and it's very simple. We must declare with our mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in our heart that God raised him from the dead, we will be saved. Romans 10:9.
